The quanity of each ingredient is proportionate to the size of the box. In a large box, for example, you can expect: 

• 4 types of cheeses at ~100gs each (400g total), typically brie, emmental, comte, and manchego. 
• 2 types of charcuterie – prosciutto and salami, ~150g of charcuterie in total. 
• 3 types of fresh fruits such as strawberries, grapes and blueberries
• 1-2 types of dried fruits such as dried apricots, dried cranberries, dried mango etc.
• Crudités
• 2 types of nuts such as pistachios and cashews
• Olives and/or Gherkins
• Honey and Hummus as Condiments
• Dehydrated Oranges Garnish
• Flower Garnish
