Delivery Policy
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice on all our boxes for delivery or pick up
- We currently only do delivery/pick up on select weekdays and weekends only, contact us to find out if we will be able to deliver your B&B on your desired date
- Pick up is anywhere on the Tung Chung – Hong Kong (Orange MTR line) and Central MTR station/s
- Delivery can be done to all parts of Hong Kong, contact us to inquire on location specific fees
- We require someone to receive the B&B upon delivery and will not leave it at the door for hygiene and food safety reasons
Refund and Rescheduling Policy
- We are not able to refund any orders once they have been confirmed
- Rescheduling may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, but is not guaranteed. It is completely up to our discretion to decide if and when rescheduling will be possible
Product Policy
- Each box is unique as we curate them with fresh, seasonal produce. Hence, no two boxes are the same
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice on all our boxes for delivery or pick up
- We recommend savouring the boxes within the same day for the best experience
- If you are not able to consume the boxes immediately, pop them in the fridge and take out one hour before serving
- If possible, when refrigerating your B&B, keep the crackers separately, in an air tight container to keep them from going soggy
